Understand money on your terms. Get well-versed in financial stability with no outdated rules. Just real-world financial literacy basics.
Financial literacy is the ability to understand options, trade-offs, risks, and timelines before making important decisions. The Wealth Wise Woman teaches financial concepts not in utopian theory in a vacuum, but in real-world cause-and-effect dynamics that one should be abreast of so as not to be taken by surprise. Done in clear, candid language that does not insult a woman’s natural intelligence.
It is our view that the world is undergoing significant change in many areas that are not so obviously related, which will likely impact how one maintains and, ideally, grows wealth in the future. Aspects such as maintaining purchasing power, minimizing taxation where applicable, the timing of Social Security, how to sensibly protect your family with insurance, and how we help our children can purchase a home if they so desire, are just some of the subjects we look to address.
The ideal outcome is a trusted community where subjects can be addressed in a supportive and encouraging environment. There was a time when we could just work, raise a family, and be somewhat financially responsible. The American dream would take care of itself. It is our view that this is no longer the case. With inflation increasing dramatically, AI threatening many jobs, and the financial system in transition, we believe much of what has historically been taught about personal finance is out of step with the likely future.
Financial literacy is about understanding options, tradeoffs, risks, and timelines before important decisions are made. The Wealth Wise Woman podcast explores financial concepts through real-world cause and effect, not theory in a vacuum.
In a world shaped by inflation, changing job markets, AI disruption, and a financial system in transition, traditional personal finance advice may no longer be enough. The Wealth Wise Woman podcast is designed to help women stay informed, ask better questions, and make decisions with greater confidence.
After completing this module, participants should have a stronger working understanding of common financial terms, documents, and planning questions.
